Friend can't get [Bob's Seal of Approval]

Me and a couple friends were doing the [Reincarnation] quest, where you have to fight Bob in the tomb near Nesaak. We've done the fight 5-6 times now and each time, Bob only drops 2 [Bob's Seal of Approval] and my friend gets none of them. Our team comp is a Warrior, Assassin, and Mage, and my friend is the Assassin.

 

Everyone must do enough damage to Bob.

Otherwise they wont get a drop.

 

I have my doubts that the Lv. 81 Trickster Assassin with proper gear is not outdamaging the Lv. 76 Paladin Warrior and Lv. 76 Light Bender Mage. We've also done a run before where all I did was spam War Scream to provoke and the Light Bender Mage simply did enough damage to heal. It did not drop for the Assassin in the instance either.

 

Maybe they arent doing enough damage in the last stage, but that's unlikely considering the things you said.

Try changing servers, if that doesnt work, make a bug report.

I dont think its a bug though, I helped a guy kill Bob yesterday and we didnt had issues.

 

Thanks for trying to help guys. I'm not too sure of the actual solution but we managed to get the [Bob's Seal of Approval] after the Mage left and we subbed him out with a Archer who needed the item too.
