Assassin/Ninja Help Fresh Lvl 100 Build

Looking for a fresh level 100 build. No LI, No Hive, No Mythics, anything outside of that is game. Basically just hit level 95 and looking to gear towards a build as I finish out my level grind. Was looking into a Libra Black Build, but it required LI items to hit SP markers and it was simply too tight to gear towards on my current budget. I really dislike - regen items, so Sitis is not exactly something I'd be thrilled about either, but if there is a decent way to negate the -regen I'd consider it.

https://wynndata.tk/s/rk3cHL Im sure theres better but this is pretty decent. You can put leftover skillpoints either in agi or str ur choice. Elder oak roots is from water hive but negates almost all negative regen

 

I like the idea of this build, but I can see a few things I dislike as well. The -regen is mostly fixed, but the rolls on both the Sitis and Momento's would need to line up nicely to have any real positive lifesteal. Also - walk 27 % speed Q.Q

Between the Mana Regen and Mana steal that's a likely 12 regen / 4 (Proc dependant of course), which feels a little overkill.

But this gives me a nice place to start, and the elder oaks make sitis feel much more viable to me
