I think the mana is sustainable, though not sure (if it's not you can do Libra Vaward Curador Dhydro Necklace or something), but I think it's pretty cool for a Freedom build.

 

Using deye/eyes on all may be more sustainable because of the 1-cost bomb

 

Freedom doesn't actually have neutral damage so the order the powders goes on doesn't matter

 

I had this in case it needed more mana sustain sorry for the late response but this has a lot of mana sustain but the damage loss isn't really great, ig the first one works if your cps sucks.
