    Does anyone know when the forum commands are fixed because I'm a VIP but when I type /forum oneredbill64 nothing happens and it doesn't update my forum page. If somebody has already done a thread on this then I apologise because I didn't know.

    The forum command isn't really a necessity right now. Once the server is clean of bugs or working properly, they may bring the command back. Until then, just wait patiently. (:

    if i get VIP plus and then do the command since i already have VIP will it say on the forum vip and vip plus (this would be when the command has been fixed)

    Yes. Once you do the command (when it's fixed of coarse) it'll give you the tag showing you have VIP or VIP+
