Forbidden Prison Quest

Does anyone know where the injured prisoners father is ? I gave the injured prisoner a medical kit and the wiki said his father is somewhere in gelibord but i cant find where.

Hey bro not sure if this is a necropost or if u already solved this problem, but the Wiki says the coords are "-619 -5450," however, the npc glitches often and will not appear unless you go near where he is supposed to be, and then /class, and come back. So essentially just go to those coords, /class, and come back and he should be there. At least that's what worked for me.
