    Check everything on your side, if anything changed recently change it back.

    After you make sure everything is good on your side I will send this to Salted and hopefully we can figure out what to do to help your issue.

    It doesn't happen at any specific time, using 1.10.2 optifine and no other mods

    edit: to answer your first question not really I misread your first question that's why I added this bit.

    Edit: Sorry cannot play in 1.8.9 I'm getting java issues :(

    This is a known MC issue. It can occur due to client-side lag, where the server sees the client as flying, because the client's lag doesn't allow for the client to hit the ground, after logging in. It can also occur if the client lands on a transparent block. Simply put, if your connection is really laggy, you're going to get the message, even if you aren't hack flying, and you're going to get kicked. Sorry, but that's the truth.
