"Fluid Healing"... not working?

    It doesn't seem like the fluid healing skill in the skill tree works for the mage. Although I'm not making a bug report for this because surely it's just user error.

    I tested this archetype by taking off all my armor and putting it back on to remove all my health. I then casted the healing spell before natural regen kicked in. The result was 1760-1780 health regenerated. I then tried removing/adding my 30 intelligence via skill points, added tier 4 water powder to my weapon, wore the "Chill" ring,

    and even bought water damage crafted food from the trade market that gave a 7% buff. None of these items provided more or less health from the 1760-1780 range. Also none of the items changed my health bar size, as I know that affects health gained.

    You're only talking about an 11% water damage bonus, as well as the -40 health from chill. That translates to a 3.3% increase in healing efficiency, along with a slight decrease from the health lost from the ring, so unless you were using wynntils to see the exact amount healed, I think a health regen tick probably happened and upset your measurement.
