Flight In Distress Help

Hi everyone, so in the flight in distress quest, I defeated the Pirate Queen and solved all the puzzles, and I have the Queen's key. I left the room and went back to the captain but he needs some other proof to complete the quest. It turns out I need the jewel, so I've tried redoing the quests 3 times but now the NPCs won't even talk to me. Please help me :(

 

umm when i talk to the controll guy he says that i cant enter without a passport

Yeah... I got glitched too. None of the passengers or quest NPC's want to talk to me, so Im doing it by memory ;-; Im to the part where i need to like draw the key, but I forget what the key looks like..

 

1 0 2 0
1 2 1 2

I hope you understand it, if you don't
0 = 0 blocks
1 = 1 block|
2= 2 blocks up / down depends on where it is
The numbers which lay higher ( 1, 0, 2, 0 ) need to be placed above the key if you understand!
