Fixquests Didn't Give My Quest Helmets Back

So I'm doing a HICH run and to save space I have been throwing my quest items out, thinking I will be able to get them back simple.
I reached Underice where I tried to do fixquest, but instead of giving me back the quest items like the helmets or the ones that are need for ToL, I got ones that were only required for one quest.
So, can I try something else to get my items back like contacting a moderator or is my dream of finishing HICH is as crushed as Bob's soul because of my incompetence?

(I know, it may not be the best section to put it in, so sorry for that.)

 

I do not know the exact issue but i dont do all quests immeadely just so save my mind, EX underwater and underice i didnt do underwater until i unlocked underice. EX didnt do ToL until i unlocked the quest and did all of the precursor quests.

 

Yea, that sounds kinda logical if I think about it...
