Fix This Please...

I was killing things, just grinding, all the sudden, I get killed, I got surprised by this and pressed q by accident and dropped my weapon. I DROPPED MY WEAPON, now I'm stuck with a level 1 spear because of that garbage. Thanks Wynncraft.

 

Unbind the drop key.

Like Flare said, unbind the drop key to something like the "*" or "-" key, just something you don't usually press. It's saved me from losing various items.

You can't blame Wynncraft for YOUR errors. It was your fault that you hit Q, there are many ways to avoid this, as stated above. It's not our fault, it's entirely your fault.

 

The majority of your questions have already been answered mostly, but just remember that you shouldn't be grinding in areas where you can die instantly, which is what it sounds like just happened.

So maybe try grinding in a lower level area.

I would love to know what you think would be a "fix" for human error. A confirm screen for every time you drop something?

Wynncraft can't change the fundamentals of Minecraft.

 

Dude that happened to me too. I was travelling and got tossed by a herd of high level mobs and started pressing random keys on my keyboard from the sheer horror.
I didn't press q tho, I pressed space bar which made my hop up one time after I respawned.

 

You make it sound like this was supposed to be a suggestion thread, while it seems more like a heat-off-the-moment thread. We have all been there bro, dropping our stuff accidentally and seeing our whole lives just flashing by. Luckily, you dropped a low level weapon, so it's not a big deal, but you learned a valuable lesson. I once dropped my white horse, and since then, I haven't had a drop key.

There are some community made wynncraft mods that include item locks. I am not familiar with their quality, but you are free to read more about them.
