Warrior/Knight Help Fire/air/thunder Tank Build Thing

Need help making a build for one since my warrior is leveling up and stuff
Considering using heroism and Hephaestus-Forged Greaves. Need help deciding on other gear and stuff, please no mythics, as much as I would love a Guaridan I have no where near the money for one.
Wanting good hp and regen, preferably not trash walkspeed, not sure on weapon (crack the skies/undying?), preferably not negative mana regen.
I am assuming this will be fairly hard to make but that's the point of asking on the forums right?

Concentration x2
Justice/Arc Bracer
Royal Blazing

Is there anything I could use instead of concentration? They seem to be fairly pricey last I checked.

 

I guess Raindrop, you need a bit of Int to use it tho.
You can also use Lapis Necklace since it has 2/4 and I'm pretty sure it has no int req

 

its got 35 int req im pretty sure
