Assassin/Ninja Help Fire/air Build

I need a fire/air assassin build so I can use this weapon.

No level cap, no budget.

 

If I can't find a build, I think I'm just going to be a thunder assassin.

Basically fire but covers thunder too

 

Sunray/any
Nether's reach/dreamcloud
Hive leggings/resolve
Nethers scar/?

Raging wind
Vital/fire cloud
Arc bracer/contrail/squid anklet
Bottled thunderstorm/royal stormy

 

This is what I've come up with so far:

Aries

Chestplate of Ineptitude

Clock Leggings

Black Sheep

Blood-Infused Ring x2

Windy Torc

Watch Bracelet

Meet the item requirements, then max out earth then fire or air based on preference.

 

This isn't really a build, but...

It's important to note that you should never base your build around a good item, but rather find items that fit the play style that you want to accomplish. Namely, if you do not want to play tank Assassin, do not go for a Fire/Air build.

In addition to this, that weapon isn't even all that good. Your build should be focused on gear ideally level 90+; that way, you won't spend a lot of time/money on a build you'll outgrow. Honestly, until you reach the point where you aren't really going to outgrow your build, I really suggest just using whatever gear you can find that fits you best.

 

Ew why isn't throatcut level 77, its skill point requirements should be increased so they equal 77, its damage should be buffed to 77-777. Kek
