Note: If we don't count the time spent in cutscenes, just purely the boss fight, the time is under 55 seconds, so i guess it can be called a sub one run?
The run was entirely nopot and no crafted armor & accessories

I've heard there are still some players struggle with the boss fight, hopefully this will help and possibly make your run smoother and easier.
One of the most important things is the party line-up, and how do they interact with one another.
For example, If you are trying to boost your team's dps with Hero (warrior build), then your party would have to limit the overall healing power, to ensure Hero's major ID activates as long as possible. (there's another method to do that but maybe you can figure it out on your own)
Or let's say your team has toxoplasmosis, then your healer would have to avoid using KoH or anything with poison dmg. Because of one simple game mechanic, multiple poison ticks do not stack, only the first one will register. In this case, if the KoH user were to touch the boss at all, toxo's poison dmg might get completely nullified.
Here are some of my recommendations if you are running the raid for the first time or if your teammates aren't that familiar with the raid:
Having two or more dps class picking def/hp oriented buff, and one healing or tank class getting the guardian major ID or Hero major ID for overall dmg & def boost.
In the video, we ran it with 3 archers, which is okay if you and your team are familiar with the boss dmg mechanisms, but it is your first time running the raid, it's always better to be careful, as some parts can do more dmg than you would expect.
For class with AoE attacks (like bomb arrows & shaman melee), try to hit multiple parts of the boss at the same time. For example, at phase 2 archers can hit arrow bombs right around the center and dmging all 3 parts. while arrow-storming the mouth.
I'd like to say offense is the best defense, this concept goes here, b/c if you were to kill the mouth quick enough, pesky minons spawn rate will be reduced, giving your team a much higher chance of survival.
Remember always do the core before you finish both eyes, that's gonna prevent the boss fight from breraking.
Also at phase 2, if your team's overall dps is high enough, you can do the mouths + two eyes, and worry about the cores later when you done with all three parts.
At phase 3, I would recommend your party to jump off once teleported, so that you can start from Cerebellum, and work your way to the mouth. if your team is experienced yall split up and do both ears at the same time, if not just stick together, as long as the chosen players are alive, you'll be able to finish the raid.
However, if your team wish to speedrun it, it's better to split up at the beginning of p3, or have one player dmging all 4 parts at once, like toxo poison.

Let's be honest, the first part is 7 seconds where you can't do anything, plus there's transitions were you need to stand around for a second or two... You have probably done it in under 1 minute if you exclude these parts that are 'cutscenes'.

 

the actual boss fight (without the cut scenes) is about 54 seconds. From a "boss kill" point of view, this is a sub 1 completion.

Ice Bear feels bad for the GMs who spent weeks creating the boss intending it to be an intense difficult boss fight only to see it shredded in under a minute.

 

They'll probably just get revenge with a bullet hell boss
