Shaman/Skyseer Feedback On Two Builds I Made

I am quite to new to making builds, but after looking at a number of builds from other people I think I established a baseline on what is acceptable in terms of damage (9k + Auras). With that in mind, I'd love it if some of you more experienced builders could give me some feedback on the two builds below.

The walk speed is an unintended bonus.
My revenant has quite high negative attack damage %, I was wondering how important that was/ what exactly that affects.

I started making this one for fun because I love bouncing around with booster plate, but I think it actually turned out alright.

 

try to get the aura cost down to 1 or 2

 

since the first build seems to be a melee-focused hybrid, i'd suggest getting some attack speed tiers for a notable dps boost. and while dune storm gives a lot of damage, i wouldnt call it worth it for the health loss in most cases.

heres my improvement suggestion

melee % (=main attack damage %) affects the damage dealt by your weapon, but not raw melee. having a bad roll in it of course hinders your damage output, but it's not crippling, as it's countered by other % bonuses and a lot of your melee damage comes from raw anyway

heres the same build but with higher damage, access to curse and cheaper auras. i recommend checking this mana table to see useful int thresholds, as your build was 2 skill points off 129.
