Favorite Dungeon

Its hard to choose just one favorite dungeon. My favorites are:
Fallen Factory, galleons graveyard, and underworld crypt.
Fallen factory because of how unique it is, galleon's because it's more about puzzles and thinking rather than just grinding through a wall of mobs, and underworld crypt because it requires no grinding at all. Plus, the survival phases were cool.
My least favorites tho have to be undergrowth ruins and decrepit sewers. With decrepit sewers, it's pretty much all grinding with a tiny parkour phase in between to break it up. I get that it's the first dungeon, but still. For undergrowth ruins, I hate the grinding phases, both the blue token phase and the grinding slimes phase.

The dialogue for Fallen Factory is just flawless.

'Unauthorized personnel detected in Antikythera Auxiliary Duct A. Leave immediately, or be faced with lethal force and negative marks on your career record. Unauthorized personnel still detected. We here at the Corkus Manufactory are sorry, but your position is officially terminated for failure to comply for orders. Please remain still so lethal force may be applied.'

'I SEE MY PERSUASIVE SKILLS HAVE NOT MOVED YOU. I THINK I'LL TRY AGAIN IN A LANGUAGE YOU SEEM TO KNOW INTIMATELY. THAT IS TO SAY, UNRELENTING AND EXCESSIVE FORCE. WITH RAILGUNS AND A SIEGE ENGINE. Kudos to the GM who wrote that, most of the other dungeons are just typical brooding villains with no personality. All the Portal references were a nice touch as well.

FF is the most unique

 

Fallen Factory. Simply because it is brilliantly made, has a unique structure, even the grinding phases feel different and have a unique touch to them. The building design, the dia(mono)log, the parkour and convoyer part, altogether makes it more enjoyable to play.
I've done that dungeon so many times, I now know the structure on top of my head, and I still don't think it is boring or tedious to do, unlike CSST and others.

The little details, the subtle touches, all of small changes that makes FF just a little more unique than the others, is what really places that dungeon at the absolute top of the boards.
I just want to applaud the CT for that one. Fantastic job.

 

While Fallen Factory is well made, the glitches make it unbearable. The story is good, Antikythera is funny, and gigabyte is broken. But taking into account on how glitchy it is, it's bad. When I use spells to kill Antikythera, it always glitches out of the room or doesn't tp me. When doing it with other people, some of the doors glitched and closed on us. Otherwise it's fine.

 

I've only ever had one very irritating glitch occur on one of the runs I've done.
At the end of the conveyor part there is a 3 block thick door. If you are playing with friends, it is crucial that all players go at the door at the same time. If not, there is a chance some players will get stuck in the middle of the door, unable to move. But honestly, that's not that much of a terrible gamebreaking glitch.

Using spells on Antikythera works fine, and as long as the group stays together, there are no problems. At least, that is MY point of view on it.

Fallen factory. By far.

 

I'm proud of how Fallen Factory turned out, but I still have a soft spot for the Ice Barrows.

 

Get defense, and git gud.
Seriously. I can walk through it solo, and still have more than enough health for the rest of the dungeon. Consistently.
I don't love the dungeon because it is too much of the same-old, same-old. Mini-boss, run, grind, run, boss, done. Nothing unique.

Ice Barrows is alright as far as I remember, not the worst at all. But the structure of it is still very generic and similar to the other dungeons and therefore it isn't quite unique enough.

 

I enjoy the more unique details of it, such as the invincible enemies, or the enemies who, to stop you from passing, physically block buttons to open doors or to fill up passageways.

 

YOU KNOW, YOU COULD SPARE ME A LOT OF TROUBLE IF YOU JUST JUMPED OF THIS BRIDGE RIGHT NOW. IT WOULD MOST LIKELY SPARE A LOT OF PEOPLE A LOT OF TROUBLE, ACTUALLY. GIVEN YOUR APPARENT DISREGARD FOR REGULATIONS AND CEASELESS BREAKING OF EVERYTHING YOU TOUCH, I BET YOU HAVE A LOT OF ENEMIES OUT THERE. IT WOULD BE A SIGH OF RELIEF TO ALL THOSE KIND RIGHTEOUS FOLKS. YOU PROBABLY MADE ENEMIES OF CHARITY WORKERS OR SCIENTISTS OR DOCTORS OR ACTUAL IMPORTANT PEOPLE, UNLIKE YOURSELF.

As for fallen factory my fav, one bug annoys me so much.
I put the scrap in the boss room, put in the cores, and walk into the monitor
And get tped back down
And i have to grind for the cores and scrap all over again.
