    dunno how good this actually is bc i dont do items, but there it is

    It mostly seems to be an Int Bracelet. It's extremely niche, but could have a few small applications.

    gives intel, is clearly meant for water builds, seems decent, but anything more than a 1 mana teleport is utterly disgusting

    considering that this discovery is more complex than NOATS, that bracelet is surprisingly not that good. it has a few small applications but that’s about it.

    (funny me saying it’s more complex than NOATS when I was the one who solved it in under 10 minutes)
