Fate Of The Fallen - Stuck At "enter The Portal The Mage Has Made"

I'm stuck in this part of the quest, i got the wand and gave it to the mage and it said a portal would open but one never did, I looked up how to progress and a lot of it was just to walk to Time Valley and go through the door anyways.

Problem is the door doesn't want to work through me, I have the wand, But the quest is still suck on "Enter the portal the Mage has made." I've tried dropping the wand and doing /kill to see if that would work but it didn't, I tried switching characters and switching back. And none of it seemed to work for some reason.
