Fate of the Fallen problem

so when i was doing this quest at some point the npcs didn't spawn and i couldn't continue the quest so i did a re-log and when i logged up i accidently used a teleportation scroll to Neesak. I tried to do this quest from the beginning but it didn't work at all because at some point when it's time to get teleported to the past Neesak it won't teleport you and now i don't know what to do, can someone help me please i feel like i have tried everything including /fixquest
