"fate Of The Fallen" - I'm Stuck And Need Help!

Well, I was on the Fate of the Fallen mission, but there was a restart during the dialogue issue. Thinking that I would return to Quest after switching to another server, I did it, however, I was trapped in a cage from the barrier in front of the nether portal, and the dialogue was no longer going on. I found that the / kill command would help, but now I'm stuck in Nesaak and I have no idea how to get back to Quest. Is there any way to reset it or teleport me to a location so I can continue it?

 

You need to go back in time again per the npc:

• Telvu: Doing so is exhausting. I'll only be able to do so once, so if something goes wrong, you'll have to walk back yourself.
• Telvu: Once you're there, enter the Temple of Time. You should know what to do once you are there. Careful dealing with time travel, friend... No idea what you might find

So, go to the Nesaak bank and grab a new wand. Walk or ride a horse if you got one to Time Valley. From there, you need to redo the steps of the quest. I don't think you need to find Theorick if you did it the first time, but just goto the base of operation place.
