fatal build help

    Hey!

    I recently acquired a fatal, and was looking to build a spell based build around it. I've come up with this (https://wynndata.tk/s/ohfbtd) so far. However, it's not as potent I would have hoped.

    I know that using finesse is inferior to using diamond static, but I don't really enjoy playing with negative health regen.

    If anyone has any suggestions or have a completely different build please let me know!
