Fantastic Voyage Quest Bug

Hi I tried to do the fantasic voyage quest. I was at the step where you free Relend from the shipwreck. I accedently walked away while he was talking and the moment i realised i need to get back to him the entrance was closed. So i tried to seek another exit. I found a littl hole and tried to tp threw it but i spawned outside the wreck an I was stuck. So /kill and went back to the island once I arrived Relend was already outside the shipwreck but I couldn't talk to him anymore also I couldn't redo the step by entering the ship again but I sais Relend is already free. Then I gathered the Materials needed to brew the stew but I also cant use the crafting table or the cooking pot. I think its a game bug or do you have any advice how to fix it.
