Shaman/Skyseer Fantasia Is Pretty Cool

So the new mythic reliks got updated, and along with some nice buffs to underpowered reliks and absolutely ruining Hadal, Fantasia got a mana buff and honestly, its Pretty broken now. Lets just get into the build.

Item breakdown:

Breakdown: Main penalty is offset with Hadal's +Int and Spell cost, essentially giving you Free 5 Mr and Massive spell damages buff's. Honestly Fantasia+breakdown is one of the best synergys in the game and I hope it gets used more often

Libra: sp damages and powder slots enough said

Rainbow sanc: read above

Ornate shadow cloud: health is nice. also damages and ws are nice

Suppression's: lets be honest, your not doing melee attacks with Fantasia anyway, so why not slap on Suppression for a free MR boost.

Prowess and DFN: SP


Pros: 15k (20k with totem) 1 mana aura's. Enough said really. also 8mr on a fantasia build is pretty nice. Also not too glassy for such a damage focused build.

Cons: Using Melee may as well instantly kill you, also the build is still Pretty Glassy.



Alright so honestly the new Fantasia is kinda busted, and new Hadal is actually worthless. A soul for a soul I guess, but other than that the other mythic reliks are pretty balanced and unique. Let me know how to improve this because I'm 90% sure you can.
