Why is there a knuckle in here lol -1284 life steal -31/4s mana steal and -2/4s regen?

 

i chose it only for the tier speed, the alternative was Megabyte, but the dps drop to 7000

DPS of a build refers to melee dps, putting knucklebones on your build result large negative mana stats meaning you won't be able to effectively cast spells and you end up having lower actual dps overall. Fantasia has high sum damages but due to it's rainbow requirements its hard to effectively tier stack (other weapons for shaman work better).

Yeah this is the exact same build as the perfect Singu build I made, but with Fantasia instead of Singu

You can just use statue for roughly the same result...

And what do you mean “decent-ish”? It does 41k dps with a totem out...
And this is without sacrificing something like Defense sp, health or having -300 in every ele def.

Oh right, better to use 2 water VI or fire VI for that extra damage, instead of all 3 slots being thunder VI

 

The reason why you can justify it with singularity is because its mage melee and mage melee has infinite pierce without having to stand at point blank range and shotgun whatever you are trying to beat up.

Ignoring that:

With crafteds you can definitely make other shaman weapons like lumina or aftershock specifically do equal or more damage while matching the defensive SP (Lumina matches the dps and Aftershock exceeds it without crafteds)

Also I value the ability to walk especially in melee builds so statue seems incredibly sketchy but ok
