Warrior/Knight Help Fallen hero build in 2.1

As the title suggest I am looking for a fallen hero build if its still possible with the new trees, if fallen isnt the meta any more whats the most dps I can get with hero, I really just want an all around build that can do lr, li, and raids if thats even possible.

you can still have a fallen tree with bashscream but you would be sacrificing a lot of other things from the tree. Battle monk is better for lootruns anyway
