Fallen Factory Bug (no, Not The Vents)/question

    So I was doing Fallen Factory, finished it and well, this happened:

    I basically got the loot twice (probably due to the "killing a mob twice" bug).
    I was wondering if I'm allowed to keep that loot or of I should throw it away.
