Is it all right to use fabric launcher? I only use it for Xaeros world & minimap and optifabric. Is this bannable?

 

First of all fabric is 1.13+ if i'm not mistaken. Anything other than 1.12 versions are prone to bugs and even crashes, so it's advised that you play on 1.12.2. While fabric's perfectly fine, It's not advisable

Second of all, I think opti fabric is ok, but there's far better options available to fabric. For optimizations optifine is actually pretty bad compared to the fabric optimization mods.

Third, minimap mods are ok as long as player/entity radar is disabled. Make sure it doesn't download the world either. I suggest wynntils for this, since it has better integration with the quest system than other mods will. Wynntils is also 1.12.2. However, I would suggest waiting a bit before using wynntils. At the very least I suggest disabling compass beacon because it makes finding your way around a bit too easy, since the point of the game really is exploration.
