Extremely Bad Lag On Certain Bosses

Following the update, I've been getting crippling lag during certain bosses. By FPS will literally drop to 0 when certain bosses cast certain spells, or if I cast a certain spell around them.

Bosses I've seen this with:
- Cybel
- 2nd phase of end boss in Hunter's Calling
- Robob's Reinvention
- Matrojan Idol

It seems to happen when they do jump / movement abilities, or when they push or pull me. The FPS drops to 0 for a few seconds and then returns to normal. This has only happened to me when I've been with friends. Has anyone else been getting this issue?

My PC specs if it's helpful

gpu = radeon rx 580
cpu = AMD Ryzen 5 1600
motherboard = B450M gaming plus (Model: MS-7B87)
ram = 16 GB DDR4
