Exploding On Rings Broken?

    Like the title of the thread states is exploding on rings broken? I've been using 2 Quartron's eye all day now and I haven't had exploding proc once with 9% exploding.

    If that's the only percentage of exploding you have, it's still a pretty low chance and you're probably getting unlucky.

    I dunno see my other character with 2% exploding gets them every once in a while, they aren't common but they show up while this is over the course of 4-5 hours of boss farming with a significantly higher chance of exploding and absolutely 0 procs.

    I thought the exploding with the rings just didn't show up on the id info, which isn't reliable all the time anyway... maybe it doesn't work then.
