Summary: user loses items forever
Description: When the player drops an Item overboard, it will land on the ocean floor, however, the border of the teleport is a few blocks above the ocean floor, so the player will never be able to get the item back.
Instead of it being a pure location based teleport, one can give the player like 10 seconds. That could avoid the issue I had, with my weapon being dropped, and no spells being able to be cast.
