Exp and Loot bonus Pots in TM [Trade-market]

I'm kinda confused about the prices of the Pots Exp and loot in the market, because, I've come back to the server after 7 long years, but not going stretch this much so i'll go direct to the point, is correct make a 55% EXP BONUS and 21% LOOT BONUS be around 25k?, I've seen many potions of the same effects around this price but i'm kinda feeling its overpriced or a scam? please answer me in the commentary of this post. (this is a cry of help )
