SPOILER Excavation Site D Help Please!

So I've gone into the site, done the corner puzzle, then went down. My book still says to solve the puzzle. I go forward more into the cavern, and then I get to a point where it says "An eerie feeling emits from the cave" (not the exact words) and it teleports me backwards. I think this might've been because I don't have all the crystals in my inventory, but even if I do /fixquests (and I've done A B and C) I cant get the crystals.
Anything that i might be able to do here?

 

You can't get the crystals because Carlos takes them when you start the quest, as to why you can't advance I have no idea.

 

Can you tell me what you did in your run of the quest?

 

Go past that crystal and go through the door?
