Every single one of my slots got its inventory wiped

I started a new assassin slot with my friend and we were in game for like 2 hours. Then we logged off and after 1 hour i got a message from my friend saying that he had rejoined and his whole inventory was gone.

I joined the game and my assassin slot inventory and bank was gone, but the skill points and level were the same. I tried joining on one of my other slots but those slots had the same thing happen to them.

I really want this to get solved because i had a semi high level mage slot and i really don't wanna lose it.
