   When I use an Ethereal with Spell Damage 36%, I only deal about 1K Meteor... Is that normal... If not, is there a way to fix it? (Yes I've check I have no -% Spell Dam)

   um. doublecheck that no negative spell dam, and it also depends on your build. the spell damage% doesnt matter if you dont really have base spell damage.
