    So after being put in fallback lobby several times, I changed server IP from .com to .net and it did not put me in fallback lobby again.
    I don't know if someone posted it before or not but I think it is good temporary solution for this problem.

    All you have to do is stay offline for a few minutes. Though if this works I guess that's good.
