    Supposedly skill points stop accumulating after 101. I don't know about the +5 max health though.

    Wynncraft is about IDs and builds, not levelling past 101 to get stronger.

    That’s what its about right now. But if we stay with only the exact same mechanics, the game will get boring eventually when all the builds have been made. This is not meant to just throw builds out the window, this is intended to go alongside builds to allow for further customization. Should you spend your epic points on improving your build’s fire damage, or should you improve your walk speed since you have so little? Should you improve your meteor spell, or your heal spell?

    The abilities are also meant to help with customization. Now you would be able to cast a couple spells and optimize your entire build for that, but this way you’ll have a whole new thing to use strategically while fighting. Should you cast manastorm now, or later? Maybe now since your party needs the mana right now, or maybe later if they need it more then.

    Just because Wynncraft is about IDs now doesn’t mean it has to only be about that forever. Before Gavel, it was all about optimizing your character in the few ways that were possible. Then, the new item system was also ‘not like Wynncraft’, and yet now we can all agree that this new system greatly improved the game.

    The Wynncraft Team stated that level 101-104 will be COSMETIC ONLY and if they want that they will probably stick with that idea. I guess they could make a cosmetic rank or smth for level 104 but that's all; Just a cosmetic rank. Like... [Expert] or ... [Wynner] xd. Idk JUST COSMETIC.

    The point of this suggestion is to add more to the endgame, give people more thinfs to do and something to achieve, while not coming with all the issues of adding normal levels.
    Of course, the perks make you more powerful. What I meant is that it’s not NEARLY as powerful as simply adding more levels. Adding more levels would add new items, which are strictly better than the existing ones. Then bosses that are difficult now would become ridiculously easy because people do so much more damage.

    Look at the gap between level 75 and 100 - what is difficult for a level 75 player is nothing for a level 100 player.
    Why? Because while at level 75 you might have 5-8k health and do around 400 damage with your basic attack, at level 100 you have 8-20k health and usually deal over 1000 damage with a melee attack. That is power creep - items slowly becoming strictly better with no proper downsides.

    With Epic Levels, while current bosses will be easier, they would still be challenging. These perks won’t be able to improve your health or damage by massive amounts, only by a bit. With all 4 of your epic perks fully upgraded, you might have maybe 13k hp and deal 1150 fire damage compared to 12k hp and 1000 fire damage. The difference is much, much smaller, and the downsides balance out the perks - compared to having stuff be strictly better as you level up.

    Level 101-104 is cosmetic only to avoid the problems that I described that come with adding more normal levels. Epic Levels are NOT meant to be like normal levels.

    Changelog for 1.3.2:
    - Added a massive new extension to Mana Terrors
    - Almost finished Mana Terrors
    - Designed and balanced a type of minigame/puzzle/interactive thing for Mana Terrors
    - Added a more detailed description for one of the answers in the FAQ section. (in a spoiler of course)

    Max level is 104 not 103, 104 is like the old 101 as in that it needs a bunch more xp to get to then normal.

    "Epic levels" will ruin all the possibilities to add more level, because we are not sure that lv 101 will be the definitive max level so for me it's NO for the moment

    I don't see what you mean? First, 104 is the max level now. Second, this is supposed to replace adding new levels. If the level cap is increased normally, players become much, MUCH more powerful. They get more skill points, more items need to be added, and mobs that are now really powerful and endgame content stop being challenging anymore. And then there are all the non-gameplay related issues like how to compensate level 104 players, etc. Adding new levels normally would cause tons of issues. Also, Salted has stated in the past that the level cap is likely not going to be increased, because of the issues I outlined just now.
    With Epic Levels, we can simply ignore all these issues, as players don't become as much more powerful as they would with a normal increase and we don't need to add hundreds of new items and worry about mythics becoming worthless.
