    Minecraft:
    [Borange Fluff] [Defiled Luxroot]
    [Glacial Anomaly] [Linear Accelerator]
[Pride of the Heights] [Fighting Stick]

    +1 - +2/4s MR
    +230 - +258 Spell Damage Raw

    -838 - -812 Health
    +15% - +20% Thunder Damage
+2 Tier Attack Speed (Rounded down from 2.42)
+12% Walk Speed (Rounded down from 12.1)

    -44% Melee Damage
    +7% - +9% Thunder Defense
    -7% - -9% Air Defense

    39 Intelligence Req.
    34 Dexterity Req.

    -291 Durability
(T3 Lv. 100 Materials base durability is ~420 I believe so 129 Durability I believe)

    Reasoning for each ingredient:
Borange Fluff. 'nuff said. (For real though, +Effectiveness to everything is good, I didn't use Unicorn Horn because of -dura.)
Originally I had 7-Yottabyte Storage Component for -SP Req. but it already had low enough SP Req. so I figured it wasn't really necessary. I then went for a Depth's Gem for +Spell Dam % and +Intel which to be honest would've pretty well, but I got a little worried about durability so I made the switch to a +dura ingredient. I could've used Elephelk Trunk for better +Dura but the +SP Req is what made me chose not to. And, I mean, an 8 Durability difference isn't that important. Elephelk Trunk is a good replacement though. Fits well with the Thunder I guess for +Thunder Def.
For +MR and +Spell Damage Raw. Pretty good ingredient in general.
PEW PEW THUNDER AAHHAAHAHHA. Anyways, for Spell Damage Raw and +Thunder Dam. The -HP is annoying though.
Pride of the Heights is just good in general to be honest, but mostly because 130%+12% = +142% Effectiveness on the Fighting Stick which I thought would've made +152% Effectiveness and round up to 3 Tier Attack Speed but then I realized I was wrong. (Still good though.).
For +Tier Attack Speed. I chose not to use Black Hole because A: SP Req. would've been hell to work around partially because it would messed everything else up since I would've had to replace PotH and/or add 7-Yottabyte Storage Component again for more practical SP Req. +WS was a nice thing on the side. -Melee was annoying but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

I planned on making a Wynndata custom item for use in hypothetical builds but too many complications with it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is interesting. I have no idea what one would do with this though. It just seems so... weird.

I like the concept of using +tier/-tier to buff melee/spell, but it doesn't seem particularly useful for crafted items since you can't stack as much.
