Envoy Ii Quest Bug: Quest Can't Continue

I can't continue the quest. I am at the part where you show up in a field, and according to some videos, Maxie and a farmer is supposed to appear. However, they didn't appear for me. I tried on 4 different servers, but no luck. I tried pressing the button but it says something about having to use the catapult and asking the Grandmaster for access. Am i still able to complete the quest, or am I stuck?

 

Try to go back to the catapult and do the catapult thing and then retalk to the grandmaster ._. If that didnt help then you have the same problem that i have. In my case the reason is probably that i managed to somehow fuck it up especially well right after the release of corkus.
I already annoyed someone from the Ct about it and am currently waiting for them to do something about it x)

 

It didn't work, I guess I'm stuck then :p
time to wait for a fix :|
