Ensa / Nitram

I am not sure if this will relate to ???, but I feel that anything suspicious should be listed at least once.
For a while I have believed that Ensa's Faith was the "key" to the path of enlightenment. That was metioned in this house in the dark forest

We all know how to open it, but just incase

I also think Ensa and Nitram are linked due to both having religious backgrounds

I understand that the main focus of ??? is the Yahya family, but we really did not know the key was for until we followed it's lore... so what am asking is that someone with Ensa's Faith goes to this house and fools around with it. It is not a bad thing to just eliminate a possibility right?

 

Idk if Ensa's Faith became obtainable this update, but it wasn't before.
