Enquiry about Guilds

Hello there! So I have a few questions in regards to Guilds, I just started playing about 3 days ago and at level 47.

1. Guild Management
So this question is mainly aimed at if it's easy for someone new, to be able to thrive when creating a Guild. Is there certain things to be aware of? Especially with the attempt of taking territory.

Not only that, but I ended up reading the fandom and found information in regards to soul points. Apparently to appear in my hotbar, but nowhere to be found. Is this out of date, and if so, what are the requirements to create a guild in that case?


2. Is it worth joining a Guild?
Like is there XP bonuses? I read a little that when joining a guild, you get some stat boosts whilst in their territory but apart from working as a team and that benefit, is there anything else?

First creating a guild requires a lot of effort and unless you get your guild lvl really high its unlikely that many ppl would want to join. I think it is worth joining a guild because bigger guilds than are able to keep their territories often have combat or gathering xp boosts on the territory. The requirements for creating the guild is to be at the guild hall in cinfras have 20 le which is equal to 80,000 emeralds and have a class of at least lvl 75. Thats all I have to say.
