I got my warrior to combat level 99 yesterday and recently completed every quest except for The Qira Hive, as I wanted to save that one for last.

With that being said, I'm looking for a decent water-focused build that would allow me to solo Qira.

Preferably more on the tanky side and without a slow weapon or mythics.
Any Hive items would have to be obtainable via a single run per each division..

    Thanks.

I'll assume no LI items, here's a straightforward Tidebinder build: https://wynndata.tk/s/Nyathd

Actually I was going to post a really generic Tidebinder build but came up with that instead, which is really quite strange. Reach 147 Int and throw all remaining sp into Defense so you can tank better. I recommend Bash-Bash-Bash-Uppercut (you can wait between cycles or not, depending on whether there are Hive drones on the ground to hit) interspersed with Curse whenever you get a chance. If you want more health, swap Magical Loop for another Rune of Safe Passage.

Make certain you have good mana regen on Tidebinder and Anamnensis, and good damages + at least decent Int on Anamnensis (70+ Def is nice, but not necessary for Warrior, so you don't have to worry overmuch about getting extremely good sp on your items). For Vaward, as long as it's not trash I wouldn't worry about it (20-22 sp is fine) since this build not really tight - although if you have a ton of money, feel free to buy a 30 sp one or something. The rest of the items should be pretty straightforward to get.
