endgame mage build

Whats a good build for a lightbender mage? nothing too pricy since i only have around 3 stacks of le to my name but a cheaper mythic is ok.

morph the nothing is always an option~
Besides, do you want something that does more damage, or more tanky?

Notes: make sure the Agave ring has exactly -3 attack speed tier. This build is for damage but just uses lightbender. It also requires the ??? Quest for the bracelet.
