Any Class Help Endgame mage/archer build help

Hello guys, I just reached endgame recently and I would like to have a build which can spellspam and high dmg. I've seen ppl using the nothing, cascade and nepta for mage ; Olily, gale's force and infused hive bow.
Pls dont use mythics in the build and at least 6 mana regen so I can spellspam. I got like 10-20 le budget.
