Warrior/Knight Help Endgame build help

Hello.
I am looking for Endgame build suggestions.

I would like do good damage with some survivability.

I prefer Battlemonk archetype
I have Collapse and Revenant and would like to use them (any good options within the budget?)
my budget: ~4stx

and I also looking for a lootrun build as well and would appreciate suggestions.
