Elemental Damage And Skill Point Values

So I was curious the way damage is calculated. Lets say I have 24.6% Strength, I know that the 24.6% goes into boosting neutral and all elemental damage you have, but how much of that 24.6% actually goes into boosting Earth Damage itself? since Strength is the skill for Earth.
