    Where is Elak the Orc Chief? I have searched every camp, and I still have no clue where he is...

    Elak is in a cave outside Llevigar. If you go out, then skirt the left side of the lake to the right of the gate, you will find a cave full of tents, one of which has Elak. Good luck.
    (Severely apologize if I mixed up the Orcs and gave you the wrong one)
