Effects Gone -- I haven't played in a while

All of my disguises, attack auras, and horse skins are gone and it prompts me to buy them from the Wynncraft store - are they purchase exclusives? I am kind of upset because I spent money on loot boxes and got some of those from *paid* lootboxes. Is this a glitch or intended feature?

 

How long ago did you obtain the said cosmetics? If this was pre-2016 store update, you should have retained the cosmetics you got from buying ranks back then (can confirm because I still have my creeper and silverfish pets from back then as well as the other cosmetics). Any cosmetics earned from the crates as well should have remained bound to your account after obtaining them.

I'd argue it could have something to do with your account getting hijacked in some way, but you can't delete cosmetics, even if you delete the classes on that account. I'm honestly unsure how you lost your cosmetics unless you just now logged in and your last login was pre-2016 somehow, and some change broke the transfer of a really old account's cosmetics. I'd contact support or wait for hams to reply as they can look more in depth at your account details/data and see what happened.

 

The last time I logged in was about a year ago or so, around the previous Festival of Hero's events. Sorry to ask - but how do I contact support? Through Discord?
