    Grind mobs in momten heights.
    They drop a few, but the flarelings drop wayy more.

    Or just buy them, they are dirt cheap

    Create a ton of new classes and keep doing Enzan’s Brother.
    But actually - I suggest lootrunning in any area above level 70 or grinding mobs in those areas.

    Was this changed recently? I did Elemental Exercise and didn't get any powders (I took particular note of this because I was wondering whether they moved the powder from Enzan's Brother to Elemental Exercise).

    I heard from someone it was changed economy update (though seems I'm wrong). Enzan's brother no longer gives one at the least.
