Easiest Way To Get A Waves Raiser?

So i was just grinding the mountain zombies clsoe to lusoco and then i accidently dropped my waves raiser that i got from an undentified wand and the server restarted so im looking for an easy way to get a waves raiser

 

You can go through some tier 4 chests or just buy a wand from an NPC, damage isn't that important early-mid game. You can also ask around on the discord for wands around your level

 

or wait for tm lol, I belive I ot it just from farming though
