    After dying to Garaheth, where do I go to continue the quest? I died to Garaheth and returned to the village, but after talking to Alexus in the village I don't know where to continue the quest.

    Return to the Dogun structure/ruins that the portal to Garaheth was at. Hope this helps :).

    In order for me to return to the ruins I need to be teleported there.
    which doesn't happen when I arrive at the village.
    the first time the quest is being done I am teleported, but after that I am not teleported anymore.

    You don't need to.

    Just return to the same portal that you traveled to when you were fighting through the army previously and enter it
