Doubt...

Short story, I was trying to grind for a mythic and I come up to this unid weapon and... It's not even a unique, rare, legendary, or even a mythic.

It was an unidentified normal bow...

Apparently I thought it's a bug, at that point, until I identified it...

Apprently you get a weaker and more neutral-friendly Alkatraz on a bow with powders. I was thinking it would become an impeccable bow, but it looks like it has the ID's of Alkatraz. I'm thinking this is an unintentional tier, or a bug(?), and I think it's supposed to be a legendary earth bow.

That's supposed to be a rare bow, it's new. Selvut messed up and gave it the wrong tier because he was rushed to make a ton of new items, it will be fixed next push. Enjoy free IDing for now.
